I have used you guys now for maybe 10 years and never had any issues and have always had issues resolved in a speedy time frame. My rates have never gone up and if anything are now average $15 lower since I first applied.

Awesome rates offered, fast responses, always take the time to answer questions and explain everything and in general very nice staff (especially Gloria), professional and very pleasant to work with.

I periodically search rates of other insurance companies and nobody can beat Erie Insurance rates at Lighthouse Ins. In Gambrills, Md.. Mike Thomas is always on top of things. His staff also are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
