Customer Reviews

Mike, you and your team have been with us for so long and always provided excellent service, updates and support. We were fortunate that my friend Kevin Jones, recommended you and your team. Kevin and April Wilmer

You are all very attentive, quick to reply, and you feel like a friend versus an “insurance agent” I feel “safe” with you all. If that makes sense..

Lighthouse has always been great. Mike is super responsive and takes time to make sure he explains things and that I have the coverage I need. A+++

Scott is very professional and knows which products work best for us. Got back to us with answers quickly for us to make the right decision for our portfolio.

Keep Brandon….he works wonders!

My agent, Scott, is always available to answer any questions when I have them but he’s also always trying to get me the best coverage at the best prices. The service is much more personal than I’d get elsewhere!

We have used Lighthouse Insurance Services since it began and we have to say we have always been served with the best and most affordable insurance from Erie Insurance. We can’t imagine ever changing to any other insurance service/broker. They have always been most professional and given great care in protecting our home and vehicles.

Scott and Roy provide excellent customer service, they are always available, and willing to assist.
