Mike Thomas has helped me transition all my insurance to Erie. He made the process easy and has been very responsive to my questions and emails. Better coverage at a cheaper price than my previous company. It’s nice to have someone you know to talk with about your policy and other issues.

Scott has been a good friend for a long time and my insurance agent for even longer. I completely trust Scott will do his very best to provide us with the right amount of coverage for our cars and home as well as getting us the best rates possible. He is so very quick to get back to me no matter what time of day. And he always has precise and complete answers ready for me. He checks in with me periodically to ask if there is anything he can do for us. I love the attention to detail he shows as well. I certainly will recommend your company to anyone who asks me.

The customer service is terrific. He checks in on occasion to see how things are going and to suggest practical maintenance advice for the home.
