Changing insurance companies is not an easy task, especially since I have been with my previous company for decades. I really appreciated the totally accessible, personal service. I have a full understanding of my coverages and was very happy to get more coverage for less money. I wish I had made the change earlier, but am glad that I finally made the decision to make the jump. Great working arrangements !

Whenever the topic of conversation wanders into a discussion of Insurance Co. we always chime in and suggest Erie/Lighthouse. When my wife had an accident in our driveway (don’t ask) the claim was handled flawlessly on both ends. Recently I had a problem getting in touch with our agent which was caused by the answering system, Within an hour I had my agent and another agent contact me . Problem solved. That’s service that you can expect and receive.

Mike and his staff are always available when I have questions or concerns . Phenomenal customer service. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a great insurance agent and team.
